Hark! The Herald Angels Sing Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy / Arr. Greg Furlong
Instrumentation: 4 Trombones
Produkttyp / Product: Quartet
Produkttyp / Product: Quartet
Titled Gutenberg Song in a Mendelssohn collection of Festgesang, this famous Christmas theme was originally written in tribute to German printer Johann Gutenberg at a festival in Leipzig. That music for male chorus with brass is artistically distilled in this edition for four trombones by Greg Furlong of the Toronto Brass Consort. Since not all students are familiar with tenor clef, parts in both tenor and bass clefs (printed back-to-back) are provided for the 1st and 2nd players.
