"Love Of My Life" is a ballad by the English rock band Queen, with lead singer Freddie Mercury, who has passed away some time ago now. It was released on the album "A Night at The Opera" in 1975 and has been consistently in the top 100 of prestigious 'Top 2000' in the Netherlands for more than 10 years. Mercury dedicated the song to his girlfriend Mary Austin. With a similar theme he referred in a later single 'These Are the Days of Our Lives' back to 'Love of My Life', where the song twice contains the line 'I Still Love You'. This arrangement can be performed optionally with a singer.

Het werd in 1975 uitgebracht op het album A Night At The Opera en staat in Nederland alweer meer dan 10 jaar steevast in de top 100 van prestigieuze Top 2000'. Mercury droeg het nummer op aan zijn vriendin Mary Austin. Met een gelijk thema verwees hij in een latere singel These Are The Days Of Our Lives terug naar Love Of My Life, waarbij het nummer tweemaal de regel I Still Love You bevat. Dit arrangement is optioneel met zanger of zangeres uit te voeren. Deze ballad is opgedragen aan een speciaal persoon die helaas veel te vroeg is overleden.
