Written specifically for the United States Marine Band to perform at the inaugural ceremonies for President Ronald Reagan. With flourishes, great taste, and brilliant colors, this (the hymn is one that many consider to be the national hymn, were we to have one) is a terrific addition to any concert program. Knox once again demonstrates his mastery of the wind band medium.
