[EN]Gloria Estefan is a most successful latin singer of Cuban origin. She scored an impressive series of hits with the group 'Miami Sound Machine' in the eighties and nineties. Songs such as 'Dr.Beat' and 'Conga' became great successes in Europe. In 1993 a new successful record in Spanish 'Mi Tierra', with a.o. some typical salsa tunes, was released. Peter Kleine Schaars arranged several of the singer's most popular tunes into a fine and pleasant medley.
[DE]Gloria Estefan ist eine sehr erfolgreiche Latin-Sängerin aus Cuba, die in den achtziger und neunziger Jahren zahlreiche Hits mit der Gruppe 'Miami Sound Machine' erzielte. Die Songs 'Dr. Beat' und 'Conga' waren zum Beispiel sehr erfolgreich in Europa. 1993 gab Estefan wieder eine spanische Schallplatte 'Mi Tierra' mit typischen Salsa-Stücken heraus. Peter Kleine Schaars verarbeitete verschiedene Lieder zu einem reizenden Medley.
