Klar zum Gefecht, Op. 62 (Action Front March, Op. 62) Hermann Ludwig Blankenburg
This march was first published by Louis Oertel in Hanover as op. 62; by 1912 it had found its way across the channel to the English firm Hawkes & Son. The title was a military term which was used in preparation for combat. The German title translates to "Clear for Action"; the British Royal Navy equivalent is "Action Stations"; the Royal Artillery meaning is the same as the march title, Action Front.
