Pulcinella Suite 2.0 is a written for Brass United Quintet.

[EN]Steven Verhelst has returned for this suite to the musical sources of Stravinsky’s Pulcinella. Transcriptions of ten pieces from the original music have been arranged for brass quintet. For the twenty-one movements of his ballet, Stravinsky brought together pieces from the Baroque and classical periods by the 18th century Italians Domenico Gallo, Giovanni Battista Pergolesi and Carlo Ignazio Monza, Willem van Wassenaer and the 19th century Alessandro Parisotti.
[DE]Steven Verhelst ist für diese Suite zu den musikalischen Quellen von Strawinskys Pulcinella zurückgekehrt. Transkriptionen von zehn Stücken aus der Originalmusik wurden für Blechbläserquintett arrangiert. Für die einundzwanzig Sätze seines Balletts hat Strawinsky Stücke aus Barock und Klassik der Italiener Domenico Gallo, Giovanni Battista Pergolesi und Carlo Ignazio Monza aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, Willem van Wassenaer und Alessandro Parisotti aus dem 19. Jahrhundert.
