Moshe Epstein regularly gives a lot of master courses in Israel, Germany and the US. Mind your fingers was developed out of the intensive care with the extreme registers of the flute. The main goal is to make the player aware of his finger's movements, especially in the third octave where the fingerings are complicated and are not easily automated by the brain.
