This melodious march is of Danish origin. Ricard Lindebro (1903-1972) was a musical police officer. He was a pioneer in teaching traffic safety to children and had two radio programs about children and traffic at the danish Radio. He was also a drummer an a pianist and wrote five marches, among which 'Amalienborg' and 'Dansk Politis Honnormarch'. His popular march 'Diciplin' (1928) got famous in several European countries. Gosling Mol made an arrangement for symphonic and fanfare band and so this splendid march got into the Molenaar Edition series 'Marstriomfen' (Famous Marches) as number 73.

Cette marche entraînante est d'origine danoise. Ricard Lindebro (1903-1972) était un policier mélomane. Il a effectué un travail de pionnier dans le domaine de la prévention routière pour les jeunes; il animait deux programmes hebdomadaires pour les jeunes sur la sécurité routière à la radio danoise. Jouant lui-même de la percussion et du piano, il a également composé cinq marches dont 'Amalienborg' et 'Marche de la Police Danoise'. Sa célèbre marche 'Diciplin' (1928) a connu un véritable succès international. Gosling Mol signe cet arrangement pour harmonie-fanfare paru sous le numéro 73 dans la série 'Marches à Succès' (Marstriomfen) des Editions Molenaar.

Deze melodische mars is uit Denemarken afkomstig. Ricard Lindebro (1903-1972) was een muzikale politieman. Hij verrichte pionierswerk in de opleiding van kinderen inzake verkeersveiligheid; zo had hij o.m. twee verkeersprogramma's op de Deense radio. Zelf was hij drummer en pianist en schreef een vijftal marsen waaronder 'Amalienborg' en 'Dansk Politis Honnormarch'. Zijn bekende mars 'Diciplin' (1928) kende in heel wat landen enorm succes. Gosling Mol maakte een bewerking voor HaFa en zo kwam deze mooie mars als nr.73 in de reeks 'Marstriomfen' van Molenaar Edition terecht.
