Bolero de Strings (For String Orchestra and Latin Percussion) Thom Sharp
Here's a great introduction to the Bolero style! The bass and percussion sections lay down the classic bolero groove while the rest of the orchestra takes turns playing the lazy, singing, rolling melody. Enjoy a warm, tropical feeling as the orchestra meanders through the key of D major. First violins provide interesting flourishes with both separate and slurred bowings, and a third violin part is included for viola. Parts for bongos, guiro, conga, claves and maracas are included. This is so cute for young players - even the percussion parts are kid-friendly! Highly recommended!Product information
