This title was commissioned by the Indiana Bandmasters Association for the 1992 Indiana All-State Honors Band. The composer describes this composition as "a fantasy work, an exploration of the rhythms, melodies and harmonies of dance music". It opens with no key signature, but changes to A-flat and then changes again to no key. The opening meter is 4/4 with the meter changing to 3/4 and going through 7/8, 6/8, and 2/4. Piano and string bass parts are included.
