Alain Baraige composer

Born in Lyon on 21 January 1953, Alain Baraige began playing the piano at the age of 16 as a self-taught musician. Over the years he has evolved from rock to blues, from jazz to boogie-woogie, and to classical music ... an atypical career. He then devotes himself entirely to his own music, also influenced by yoga, massage... as well as various approaches related to personal development and spirituality.

At barely 20 years of age, several music schools in his region hired him as a piano and music theory teacher.

Master Gyorgy Cziffra invited him to Senslis in 1978 and 1981. He had him take part in a public audition at the F.Liszt auditorium, then recommended him to Suzy Bossard, professor at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Lyon, 1st international Cziffra prize.
