Koen Pletinckx ( born 28 April 1974 in Geraardsbergen ) is a Belgian composer , saxophonist and computer programmer/analyst.
Pletinckx studied at the art schools of Ghent and Brussels as a saxophonist. He also studied computer science and works as a computer programmer/analyst for the government. He says about himself that music is his main and most beautiful hobby. As a composer he wrote several works for wind orchestras.
