Samuel Wesley (* 24. Februar 1766 in Bristol; † 11. Oktober 1837) war ein englischer Organist und Komponist. Er war der Sohn von Charles Wesley, Neffe von John Wesley und Enkel von Samuel Wesley (senior). Sein Sohn Samuel Sebastian Wesley wurde gleichfalls als Organist und Komponist bekannt.
